We strongly suggest that all VNG users maintain an extended warranty for their VNG systems.

Extended warranty holders do NOT pay for troubleshooting, labor or return shipping costs and they receive major discounts on parts.

RMA INSTRUCTIONS

  • Repair Maintenance Authorization (RMA) Instructions

    Please find a link below for two (2) separate RMA forms.

    The first page is the main form
    Please read both forms carefully and send both forms back to MedTrak VNG, Inc., by fax or email, prior to shipping.

    Remember to place a copy of the main form in the shipping box along with the equipment you are sending in for repair.

    It is important for you to describe the problem you are having with your VNG, directly on this form.

    Please also place the RMA number on the shipping label or on the outside of the shipping box.

    Items needed for repair:
    Either as instructed today during tech support call or
    as follows if no specific instructions were given:
    Send:
    1) VNG goggles.
    2) VNG Interface Controller (black box).
    3) D/C power supply (both parts) for Interface Controller.
    4) AHR receiver (small box which sits on computer).
    5) Computer being used with this system including its power supply (Please supply computer password if applicable)
    6) All cables and wires that have any attachment to the goggles, computer or Interface Controller.

  • We DO NOT need your foot switch
    We DO NOT need your Varioair irrigator.
